| 摘 要： | 二氢吡啶类化合物是一类重要的钙通道阻滞剂 ,广泛用于治疗心绞痛 ,室上心律失常 ,高血压和外周血管性疾病1] 。近年来 ,对二氢吡啶新衍生物的研究中 ,在提高其药效的前提下 ,更注重开发其长效性 ,提高生物利用度以及功效扩增 ,如兼备抗血栓2 ] ,抗心律失常等作用。本着这样的目的 ,设计合成了系列二氢吡啶新衍生物。以硝苯吡啶作阳性对照 ,对化合物 ( 1 )～ ( 5 ) (表 1 ) ,应用跨膜流动技术3 ] ,研究其对细胞膜Ｃａ2 + 通道的作用 ,结果表明 5个化合物对电压依赖性钙离子通道均有显著阻滞作用 (表 2 ) ,其它药理考查尚在进行中。化合物…

| Abstract: | Five new dihydropyridine derivatives were designed and synthesized.They were determined on their inhibitive effect on potential dependent calcium channels(PDC).Five compounds were studied on Ca 2+ antagonistic effect in rat aorta by using 45 Ca transmembrane influx technique.They showed strong inhibitive effect on PDC and better than nifedipine.Preliminary results showed that all of the five compounds possessed Ca 2+ antagonizing activity. |
