| 摘 要： | 香石竹扦插生根难易,成活率高低,与生根液浓度关系密切。本试验就NAAOPPM～1200PPM溶液和处理时间20～100分钟两因素五水平,采用随机区组设计,利用生物统计学方法,研究NAA不同浓度和不同处理时间条件下的生根成活情况。试验表明:500PPMNAA处理,香石竹生根成活率最高。

| Abstract: | The concentration of rooting liquid is closely related with the rooting result of cut China pink.In this experiment,we adapted NAA of OPPM to 1200 PPM to treat the tested plants for 20 to 100 minutes. With random grouping and biological statistics,we studied the rooting results treated with different con- centration of DAA and different period of time.Results have shown that the survival rate reaches the high- est when treated with 500 PPMNAA. |
