| Abstract: | Ascorbic acid was determined by spectrophotometric method based on the formation of iron()-4-(2-benzothiazolylazo) pyrocatechol-OP complex which was the product of the redox reaction between ascorbic acid and iron ()-4-(2-benzothiazolylazo) pyrocatechol-OP complex.The reaction ratio was evaluated.The proposed method is rapid and satisfcatory. |
