PMS 底层结构的研究与实现

摘    要:在生产管理中引入生产管理系统(PMS)概念的基础上,对PMS的底层结构进行探讨,并给出PMS底层结构的一种实现。分析了中国企业生产管理的特点,突出强调面向车间生产管理的技术路线和人机互助设计系统的策略,给出生产活动控制(PAC)和工厂协调(FC)两个底层结构分析和功能设计。以一个装配型车间为背景,给出PMS底层结构的一种实现。应用表明,设计的PMS底层结构是实用的。

Abstract:Bottom level architecture of PMS (production management system) is discussed and its implementation is presented for the purpose of introducing PMS ideas to Chinese enterprise production management. For the details, the characteristics of production management in Chinese enterprises is analyzed, and research oriented shop floor production management and a design strategy based cooperative man computer solution are emphasized. In addition, two bottom level structures of PMS such as PAC (production activity control) and FC (factory coordination) and their functions are designed. An implementation of bottom level architecture of PMS for an assembly workshop of the Aircraft Company is illustrated. The application shows it is practical for Chinese enterprises.
