The core of platfom constuction is the systematic formation of resources sharing,which denotes such characteristics as the diversity of entity constitution,the separability between rights of ownership and rights to use for resources,the cooperability of sharing mode,and the distributability of benefits.Resources sharing follows the basic principles of mutual technology requirement,material guarantee,and benefit stimulation.It is supposed to set up 7 mechanisms: sharing guidance,remittance investment,non-gratuitous application,risk dispersion,information interaction,efficient service,and competition excitation.
