猪链球菌2型毒力相关因子研究进展

猪链球菌2型是在世界范围内影响养猪业和人类健康的一种重要的人兽共患传染病。猪链球菌2型毒力因子在致病过程中发挥了重要的作用。但是对猪链球菌2型的致病机制和关键毒力因子仍然不确定,使有效的防治该病成为一个难题。本研究对猪链球菌2型已发现的毒力因子和新发现的毒力因子进行综述,为防治该病提供科学依据和参考。

The Development of Virulence Factors in Streptococcus Suis Serotype 2

Streptococcus suis type 2 has been confirmed an important zoonotic diseases in the world.It is threatening both pigs′ and human′s health.The virulence factors of Streptococcus suis type 2 play an important role in the pathogenesis.But the key virulence factors are still uncertain,so that effective prevention and control of the disease remain a problem.The paper reviews the Streptococcus suis serotype 2 virulence factors that have been found and the newly discovered virulence factors,with an aim to provide a scientific basis for disease prevention,disease control,and reference.
