| 摘 要： | 文章分析了硅太阳电池电极设计必须考虑到电池的表面状态．表面扩散层的掺杂浓度．金属一半导体接触以及遮光损失等的影响，因而是一个电极系统的设计和制备问题。给出了栅状电极的设计实例，并用于太阳电池的制作获得较满意的输出特性。

| Abstract: | the paper analyzes some effect face state of the solar cell , dopant density in the top diffused layer of the solar cell, ,the contact be- tween a metal and semiconductor and the losses due to the shadowing of the solar cell by these metallic lines . These factors must be considered. So silicon solar cells contact design is the design and preparation of a contact system,The paper gives the example of the top metal contact grid design,and applies it to the produce of the solar cells to result in the better output characteristics of solar cells. |
