关于氨基酸结构与RNA中碱基密码间关系的探讨

摘    要:探讨了氨基酸结构与RNA中碱基三字密码间的关系,找到了与决定氨基酸相应碱基三字码的主要因素,指出决定氨基酸三字码的第1,2个码的碱基的亲水性要与氨基酸的亲水性相匹配,强亲水性的碱基与强亲水性的氨基酸相应;第2个码的碱基的亲水性是决定其亲水性的主要因素,而第1个码的碱基亲水必屯有相当的影响,每种氨基酸的碱基三字码个数的多少,以及三字码中第3个码为何种碱基,都与氨基酸的化学结构密切相关,特别是与R(R

Abstract:In this paper, the relationship between the structure of amino acids and the triplet-coad in RNA was investigated, and found that the main factors which decide the corresponding codes for amino acids. Results show that the hydrophilicity of the first and second code in alkali base need to match with the hydrophilicity of amino acid, the alkali bases with high hydrophilicity are corresponding to the amino acids with high hydrophilicity; The hydophilicity of the second code in alkali base is the main factor deciding the hydophilicity of alkine base, the hydophilicity of the first code in base also has big influence. The amount of codes for one amino acid and the kind of base for the third code greatly associated with the structure of amino acid, especially the structure of groups (such as CH 2, CH 3, C CH 3 H ), which couple directly with R(R:C[ZJZ;S;X;Y] H NH 2 COOH ). Thus, the relationship between the codes of alkali base and amino acids not only associated with their hydrophilic-hydrophobic ability, but also their chemical structure(including their three dimension structure). This is a enlightening discovery. The study of genetic code is one of the leading research fields in life science, hoping the investigated result in this paper may be strengthern the research work of inheritance code.
