Abstract: | Neoclassical accounts of some supposedly quantum phenomena can be given provided one assumes a classical analog of the zero-point electromagnetic fluctuations. The present work shows that such will arise from Wheeler-Feynman electrodynamics in a steady-state universe provided the coherence cancelling advanced effects breaks down over cosmic distances. |
