| 摘 要： | 本文从理论上分析了工程招投标中投标人之间合谋行为“围标”的形成原因。在此基础上,进行经济条件假设,建立博弈模型,分析了影响围标合谋的主要因素和行为产生条件,进而有针对地提出控制招投标过程中投标人不规范行为的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper delved into the reasons of collusion behavior of together-conspired bidding in project tendering and biding in theory.Based on this,this paper supposed the economical conditions,built the game model,and analyzed the major factors and conditions which effects or result in the behavior.Finally,advices and suggestions were suggested pointedly in order to control the irregular behavior of bidders in tendering and biding process. |
