A note on the signs of truncated Chebyshev polynomials

When one or more of the lowest degree terms are removed from the power series form of a Chebyshev polynomialT_n(x), the resulting polynomial is found to be of constant sign, a fact which is of importance when analysing the stability of polynomial evaluation schemes.
