| 摘 要： | 建立了空气中二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺的毛细管气相色谱法同时测定方法,DMF、DMA的浓度在0.001-0.10mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限均为0.001mg/mL,加标回收率在96.3%-103.6%,相对标准偏差在2.7%-4.7%,方法快速、灵敏、准确,可满足同时测定空气中二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺的需要.

| Abstract: | Dimethylformamide and N, N-dimethylacetamide in air were quantitatively determined by capillary gas chromatography with HP-FFAP column. The linear ranges are between 0. 001mg/mL and 0. 10mg/mL. The detection limit is 0. 001mg/mL. The average recoveries are 96.3%-103. 6%. The relative standard deviations are 2. 7%-4. 7%. The method is fast, sensitive and accurate. |
