| 摘 要： | 本文报道了3,5-二硝基水杨酸分光光度测定蒟蒻泡腾片中葡甘露聚糖的方法.结果表明,该方法回收率为98.6%～99.2%,方法精密度(RSD)为2.7%～3.1%.该法为魔芋葡甘露聚糖开发成固体饮料和保健品提供检测依据 |

| Abstract: | A spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of dextrose-glyceric polysaccharide in this paper.The method was based on the color reaction between 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid and dextrose-glyceric polysaccharide.The method has been applied to the determination of dextrose-glyceric polysaccharide in Kanjac tablets with the recovery of 98.8% and relative standard deviation of 3.0%(n=5). |
