AC-PDP保护层用的两种新材料

摘    要:介绍了两种AC-PDP保护层用新材料。这两种新型保护层是:在MgO基层上交替沉积的LaF2/MgO多层保护层和在MgO基层上沉积的LaF3单层保护层。现已证实:它们在降低PDP的着火和维持电压方面是有效的,且能提高PDP的亮度。

Abstract:ln this paper,two new materials for the protecting layer in AC-PDP are introduced.One of the two new types of protecting layers is MgF2 and MgO multiple protecting layer alteratively deposited on a MgO base layer, andthe other is a single La F3 protecting layer deposited on a MgO base layer. It is demonstrated that they are effective in lowering the firing and sustaining voltage of PDPs and enhancing the brightness of the panel as well.
