摘    要:发现在FIA-ICP体系中影响分析信号的主要实验参数是载液流速、载气流量和进样体积。同常规的连续喷雾方式相比,其归一化谱线强度提高近10倍、并且发现在FIA-ICP摄谱法中进样体积大小也会影响其在传输过程中的分散度、曝光时间以及分析信号的信背比。在实验的载气流量范围内,分析信号随载气流量的增大而逐渐增大,随后达到平台。

Abstract:The Parameters that govern the preformancc of Flow Injection sample introdution for Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry were investigated and compared with continuous nebulization Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry. It was found that the carrier flow-rate, Ar flow rate and sampling volume were the major parameters influencing the analyte emission intensity. With lower carrier flow-rate, the normalised analyte emission intensity was 10 times better than that of the conventional continuous nebulization. The dispersion, exposure time and the ratio of the signal to background were also related to the sampling volume. The Ar flow rate was an important parameter so the analyte signal increased with the increased of Ar flow rate, then the emission intensity will reach a platform. Thus, the experimental parameters should be adopted properly in practical analysis.
