四溴荧光素丁基罗丹明B染料离子对的光学性质

摘    要:对四溴荧光素、丁基罗丹明B,以及它们形成的离子缔合物的光学性质进行了研究。测得四溴荧光素与丁基罗丹明B在pH7时的缔合比为1∶2,其Ksp=216×10-18。缔合物的萃取率为842%。丁基罗丹明B的浓度在1×10-7~5×10-7mol·L-1范围内其相对荧光强度遵守比耳定律。为进一步研究四溴荧光素、丁基罗丹明B的萃取光度分析奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:The absorption and fluorescence properties of tetrabromofluorescein(TBF) and buthylrhodamine B(BRB) together with theisochromatic dye ion pair formed by TBF and BRB were studied The experiment showed that: the proportion of TBF∶BRB is 1∶2 at pH=7, K sp =2 16×10 -18 and the extraction rate is 84 2 % The fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of BRB over the range 1×10 -7 ~5×10 -7 mol·L -1 Such properties are the fundation of application of TBF/BRB system in exteaction spectrophotometry
