甚宽带PBG滤波器结构

摘    要:研究了光子带隙结构作为微带电路衬底的情况,分析其阻带特性的形成以及对电路性能的影响.提出了利用级联与混合并联结构设计具有很宽频带的滤波器形式.实验测量了其传输特性,验证了频率阻带的存在和作为宽带滤波器结构的可行性.

Abstract:The application of photonic bandgap structures (PBG) as substrates in microstrip circuits has been investigated.The characteristic of stopband and effect to microstrip circuits are introduced.Novel cascade and hybrid parallel PBG structures based on ground defected structures are presented as inner microwave broadband filters.Experiments have been done and the frequency transmission characteristic is measured.Existence of the frequency bandgap and feasibility to construct microwave broadband filters have been proved.
