摘    要:建立了采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定锂电池正极材料LiNi_(1-x-y)Co_xMn_yO_2中Ni、Co、Mn元素含量的方法。通过调整观测方向,选用合适稀释倍数,采用对应元素次灵敏线对高含量Ni、Co、Mn元素进行测定,结果表明,方法具有很高的准确度和精密度,加标回收率为97.4%~103%,相对标准偏差1%,适用于工业化生产中的质量分析。

Abstract:Determination of Ni, Co and Mn elements in Li-ion battery cathode materials LiNi1-x-yCoxMnyO2 was studied by ICP-OES. Analytical conditions were investigated and optimized through adjusting the direction of observation, choosing appropriate dilution multiple and adopting the secondary sensitive wavelengths of Ni, Co and Mn for the determination of corresponding elements with high contents The results showed that the method has good accuracy and precision with 97.4%~103.0% recovery. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was below 1%. The method is suitable for the determination of Ni, Co and Mn in industrial production for quality analysis.
