糖尿病人微量元素谱的多元分析

胜多元分析了糖尿病患者样品中微量元素，了解微量元素与糖尿病的关系，并提出了新见解。用ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ测定糖尿病患者血、发中１８种微量和宏量元素 ；结果经多元分析处理，找到血、发共有的相关链：Ｍｎ－Ｎｉ－Ｃｕ－ＳｒＴｉ，它与患者年龄、性别、样品无关，看来它提供了机体的特殊信息。

Multivariate Analysis Applied to the Study of Trace Elements in Diabetes

The multivariate analysis was introduced to the study of trace elements (TE) in vitro samples of diabetic subjects to ascertain the relationship between TE and diabetes mellitus,and a new perspective in the understanding of diabetes was developed. The contents of 18 kinds of trace and macro elements (Al,As,B,Ba,Cd,Co,Cr,Mg,Mn,Ni,Ph,Se,Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Sr,Ti)in hair and blood of diabetic patients were determined by ICP-AES. By use of multivariate analysis a common correlation chain (Mn-Ni-Cu-Sr-Ti) in both hair and blood was found, regardless of sex, age, sample. It seems that the chain suggests some particular information of organism. After non-linear mapping. the images of different groups show that the sample points of diabetic and healthy subjects are distributed on two different areas in a plane. As SIMCA method was applied to the study of TE in blood and hair of diabetic patients and normal control, the discriminatory rates are up to 80% (by TE in blood of male),75% (by TE in hair of male), 85% (by TE in blood of female), 75% (by TE in hair of female).
