试管内小麦开花结实研究

<正> 日本学者川田信一郎,石原爱也于1957年发表了“培养瓶内花的形成一高等植物生长点培养”一文。报导了用水稻和小麦的茎尖进行组织培养,再生出幼小植物,并在试管内抽穗开花。未见小麦用组织培养在试管内结实的报导。本文采用基本相同的方法。用小麦萌发胚作无菌培养,形成幼苗,抽穗开花并获得籽实。试验结果说明,在试管内小麦雄蕊与雌蕊能进行正常发育,花粉发育成熟,完成受精过程,并能结实,只是籽粒较小。所获种子有否萌发力有待进一步研究。

FLOWERED AND FRUITED OF THE WHEAT IN TUBE

In the invesgation,the wheat embryo was used as experiment mate-rial to culture in tube.The medium was classed to three:white+CCC(10~(-3)M)sucorse(2%),white+CCC(10~(-4)M+sucorse(2%)and N_6.The component of Nwas KNO_3(1900mg/1),sucorse(5%)and IAA.The following results were obtained:(1).The seedling was flowered and fruited.The headed percentage was43%,45%,52%,individual.(2).The normal spikelt percentage was 35%,24%,53%,individual.(3).The normal anthers percentage was 50%,50%,50—70%,indivi-dual.(4).The normal fertilization and fruit were observed.
