投影系统像差分析及优化设计

摘    要:为实现场景的三维重构,将彩色编码图案与投影系统相结合,利用投影照明系统照明彩色编码图案,通过投影物镜以一定倍率放大投射到空间场景上,对场景进行特征化。针对在特征化过程中像差将严重影响三维重构的精度,提出一种编码板制作的方法,构建了新的投影系统,并通过实验验证此种方法的正确性、可行性,从而优化整个系统。

Abstract:A pattern with multicolor codes and a projector constitutes a new projection system through which the pattern of multicolor codes is illuminated by the lighting system and projected onto the 3D scene. The system is aimed at characterizing the 3D scene and affording conditions for reconstructing 3D scene. Designed for overcoming the negative influence of the image error of the pattern of multicolor codes on the precision of the 3D reconstruction in the process of characterizing the 3D scene, a method of making multicolor codes board is presented and a new projection system is set up. The reliability and capability of the method are established by experimental contrast. An optimized projection system is obtained.
