城市住宅小区风环境数值分析

摘    要:针对某城市住宅小区建立了风环境的物理和数学模型 ,方程组进行离散 ,速度压力解耦采用 IMPLE算法 .通过大源项方法将浸没在大气中的住宅视为流体的一部分 .计算求解了两种来流角度的风环境分布 .一是来流平行于 X轴线 ,二是来流风向与 X轴成30°.两种情形都表明南方地区的穿堂风效应明显 ,可用于夏季降温 .对位于来流上游侧的建筑 (住宅 )要加强抗风压、风振能力 ;而处于下游侧的建筑 (尤其是第二种情形 )气流涡旋死角较多 ,要注意防止污染物的堆积 .研究表明 ,使用数值方法可以得出住宅小区内速度分布的详细情况 ,可对小区的风环境参数进行全面评价 ,对研究住宅小区的建筑系统节能具有一定意义

Abstract:Authors construct physical and mathematical models of an urban residential district,CVM method is applied to discrete the goveming equations,SIMPLE method is adopted to compute the coupling of velocity and pressure,residential buildings immerged in the airflows are viewed as fluid with large source practice.Two wind environment cases of different inflow directions are solved with these methods or practices:one is that inflow direction parallels the X axis,the other is that inflow direction angles the X axis.Two cases demonstrate that cross ventilations in South China are distinct,and could be used to lower the high temperature in summer;residential buildings in the upwind side should be tight to withstand the higher wind pressure and wind shaking,while ones in the backwind side are filled with many passive cortexes,and should be cautious with the accumulation of pollution.The results demonstrate that the application of numerical simulation is capable of providing full information of the air flow everywhere within district and therefore allows an overview of wind environmental parameters, and the findings are helpful in the research of architectural system energy conservation in urban residential district.
