铜锈环棱螺对微囊藻的摄食及其毒素积累研究

摘    要:设计了2组室内实验研究铜锈环棱螺对铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)的摄食与毒素积累,其中摄食试验分别以铜绿微囊藻和小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)为饵投喂不同密度铜锈环棱螺,对其清滤率CR(mL·ind^-1·h^-1)和滤食率FR(cells·ind^-1·h^-1)进行测定.结果表明:饵料种类和实验动物密度对铜锈环棱螺的清滤率和滤食率均有显著影响.毒素积累试验分别以单一四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quadricanda)、50%铜绿微囊藻+50%四尾栅藻的混合藻液和单一铜绿微囊藻3种处理投喂铜锈环棱螺达15d,用ELISA法检测,得到了微囊藻毒素(MCs)在螺体内的动态变化曲线.试验同时表明,藻毒素在铜锈环棱螺各组织中的分布有显著差异,藻毒素积累量依次为肝脏〉鳃〉消化道〉头足部.

Abstract:In order to understand the mechanism of ingestion of Microcystis aeruginosa and accumulation of Microcystins(MCs) in Bellamya aeruginosa, two experiments are conducted. In the ingestion experiment, snails of different density are fed with Microcystis aeruginosa and Chlorella vulgaris separately in order to find their effects on Clearance Rates (CR, mL·ind^-1·h^-1) and Filtration Rates (FR, cells·ind^-1·h^-1) of Bellamya aeruginosa. The results demonstrate that both the bait type and snail density have significant effects on CR and FR. Accumulation experiments are performed with: (1) Scenedesmus quadricanda as the only food; (2)a 50:50 mixture of Scenedesmus quadricanda and Microcystis aeruginosa based on carbon concentration; and (3) Microcystis aeruginosa as the only food. MCs inside Bellamya aeruginosa are tested with ELISA, and a curve for the dynamic variation of MCs is obtained. It is also found that the distribution of MCs in different tissues of Bellamya aeruginosa show significant differences, which may be listed in decreasing order of value for liver, gill, intestine and foot.
