摘 要: | The bis(pyrene)-Lys-Leu-Val-Phe-Phe-Gly-poly ethylene glycol (BP-KLVFFG-PEG) based nanoparticles capture Aβ42 by recognition and co-assembly, the length of PEG chain in which leads to different morphologies of coassemblies and capture efficiency. The co-assembly strategy shows a decrease of cytotoxicity, potentially for Alzheimer's disease treatment.
