| Abstract: | A new abscisic acid derivative, named litseaglutinan A ( 1 ), and a new arylnaphthalene‐type lignan, (7′S,8R,8′S)‐4,4′,9‐trihydroxy‐3,3′,5‐trimethoxy‐9′‐O‐β‐D ‐xylopyranosyl‐2,7′‐cyclolignan ( 2 ), were isolated from the AcOEt extract of Litsea glutinosa, together with nine known lignans. Their structures were established by spectroscopic methods. |
