深部立井快速施工技术研究

摘    要:乐平矿务局沿涌煤矿立井深600m,净直径5m。涟邵建工集团采用机械化配套设备施工,取得了平均月成井100m,最高月成井120m的好成绩,实现了快速施工。本文简要介绍了井筒施工机械化配套情况、施工工艺、管理制度及施工效果。

Abstract:The depth of 600m,net diameter of 5m on vertical well in Yanyong Coal Mine of Leping Mining Group, Construction Company of Lianshao Mining Group adopting short digging and building combined work can fully make the ability of mechanization collecation equipment,extend new technology of umbellar borer holing and deep hole blasting and sinking by rotating grab,continuously breach an average of 100m, the maximum well 120m on the good results achieved rapid construction in 2005.Briefed the the construction of the mechanization,construction technology,management systems and Construction effect and accumulate experience in rapid construction in deep vertical well.
