夏威夷深层海洋水对小鼠免疫力作用的影响

摘    要:按免疫力作用的相关技术,以注射用胸腺五肽作阳性对照,采用小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能、二硝基氯代苯性小鼠迟发型免疫反应、小鼠半数溶血值(HC50)和小鼠免疫器官指数的测定方法,考察夏威夷深层海洋水对小鼠免疫力的影响.结果表明:夏威夷深层海洋水对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能和小鼠迟发型免疫反应具有增强作用,同时能提高小鼠半数溶血值,对小鼠免疫器官的胸腺和脾脏质量具有增重作用.

Abstract:Thymopetidum for Injection were used as positive control, the analysis methods of the phagocytes function of mononuclear macrophage, forme tardive immune reaction caused by dinitrochlorobenzene, HC50 and immune organ index of mice, were used to elucidate the effects of deep-sea water in Hawaii on the immunity of mice. The results showed that deep-sea water in Hawaii enhanced the phagocytes function of mononuclear macrophage and forme tardive immune reaction of mice, increased HC50 and the weight of thoracic gland and spleen of mice.
