Abstract:Antimony doped tin dioxide(ATO) nanoparticles prepared by heterogeneous precipitation have been investigated as funcion of grain size, cell volume and electrical property in relation to Sb doped level and calcination temperature. It is found that the crystal grows up in two steps. The activation energies of crystal growth were calculated to be 21 94 and 4 52 kJ/mol, respectively.
