摘    要:2007年4月~2008年7月在辖区内采集了农产品及其生长环境样品10类622份,依据国标方法进行了4类21种农药残留含量检测.结果表明:样品农药残留检出率19.61%,超标率8.68%;检出率由高至低依次为猪肉、大米、一般蔬菜、茶叶、鱼、菜油、土壤、地表水、井水(莲藕);同一品种样品农药残留含量差别较大;不同品种样品...

Abstract:622 samples in 10 groups of agricultural products and environment for growth were collected in Yingcheng during April in 2007 to July in 2008, and 21 kinds of pestieide were tested according to the state standards. The results showed that the positive rate of agricultural products was 19.61%, and 8.68% exceeded the limit of state standards. The level of positive rates was in the following descent order:pork, rice, general vegetable, tea, fish, rape oil, soil, surface water, well water( lotus root). The contents of pesticide residue differed greatly in the same group. In different species, the difference was remarkable too, X2 = 130.25 ,P 〈0.01. The contents differed greatly in the diferent kinds according to sown area, X2 = 225.80,P 〈 0.01. The result indicated that the production of safety agricultural product relies on scale production and scientific strict supervision.
