应城市农产品及其生长环境农药残留现状评估

ASSESSMENT OF THE PESTICIDE RESIDUE STATUS IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS AND THE GROWING ENVIRONMENTS IN YINGCHENG CITY

622 samples in 10 groups of agricultural products and environment for growth were collected in Yingcheng during April in 2007 to July in 2008, and 21 kinds of pestieide were tested according to the state standards. The results showed that the positive rate of agricultural products was 19.61%, and 8.68% exceeded the limit of state standards. The level of positive rates was in the following descent order：pork, rice, general vegetable, tea, fish, rape oil, soil, surface water, well water（ lotus root）. The contents of pesticide residue differed greatly in the same group. In different species, the difference was remarkable too, X2 = 130.25 ,P 〈0.01. The contents differed greatly in the diferent kinds according to sown area, X2 = 225.80,P 〈 0.01. The result indicated that the production of safety agricultural product relies on scale production and scientific strict supervision.
