摘    要:提出了一种应用激光外差测量技术结合激光多普勒技术的玻璃厚度测量方法.论述了该方法的理论依据,并结合实际应用介绍了外围硬件电路的设计方法,运用Matlab软件结合FFT技术进行了数值仿真实验,结果表明该方法在测量1~10 mm的平板玻璃时,误差小于1%.

Abstract:One measurement method using laser heterodyne technology and laser Doppler technology is proposed.The periphery hardware electric circuit which combines the practice application is designed.Using Matlab and FFT technology carried out the experimental simulation,the result shown that the measurement error is less than 1% by using this method when measuring plate glass thickness of which is from 1mm to 10mm.
