摘    要:为切实提升无线电通信力量的“抗扰保通”核心能力,通常需要构建通信对抗力量与之较量。鉴于信息对抗的专业性与特殊性,通信对抗力量构建要素具有多元性。为研究其构建的逼真度,解决通信对抗力量构建的关键问题,文中建立了通信对抗力量构建的指标体系,为了克服主观指标模糊性与随机性的不利影响,运用云理论来评价通信对抗力量构建的逼真度,进一步提升了通信对抗力量逼真度评价的可信性。

Abstract:In order to improve the core ability of anti-interference and ensured-communication in wireless communication, the communication countermeasure force should be constructed. In consideration of the professionalism and particularity of information confrontation, the constructing elements of communication confrontation force should be pluralistic. Index system of communication confrontation force should also be constructed so as to study the fidelity of construction and solve the core problem of countermeasure-force construction. In order to avoid the disadvantageous effects by fuzziness and randomness of subjective indicators, cloud theory is introduced to evaluate the fidelity of countermeasure-force construction, thus further improving the fidelity-evaluation creditability of countermeasure-force construction.
