| 摘 要： | 通过实验的方法测量出不同电参数和工艺参数下圆坯中频电磁软接触连铸结晶器内弯月面不同位置的波动情况.实验结果表明:在中频电磁场的作用下,弯月面的波动明显加剧,弯月面中心处的波动相对于边缘部分波动小;随着功率增加,整个内弯月面区域的波动都会加剧,但中心处的波动加剧程度和幅度都比边缘部位要小;当液位越靠近感应线圈中心高度时波动越剧烈,液位位于线圈中心高度以下比线圈中心高度以上相同位置稳定;随着磁场频率增加,结晶器内弯月面的波动趋于稳定,但波动方差的衰减幅度在减小,综合考虑所选择的频率为2.5 kHz.
