摘    要:目的 研究核桃楸青果皮 (GPJM )水提物对小鼠脂质过氧化程度的影响 .方法 采用硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)缩合法测定对照组及实验组小鼠血清及脾细胞培养上清中丙二醛 (MDA)的质量浓度 .结果 GPJM可降低小鼠血清及脾细胞培养上清中MDA的质量浓度 ,与对照组相比 ,P <0 .0 5 .结论 GPJM可降低机体内脂质过氧化程度 .

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of GPJM in the hyperoxidation of lipid in the mouse body. Methods Using TBA condensation method and detecting the mass of concentration of MDA in the mice sera and the culturing supernant of the experimental group and control group. Results GPJM could decrease the mass of concentration of MDA in the mice sera and the culture supernant in the experimental group. Compared with control group, P<0.05 .Conclusion GPJM could decrease the hyperoxidation of lipid in the body.
