乡镇企业体制改革形式问题初探

乡镇企业改革主要分企业产权制度改革和经营机制改革两大类型。乡镇企业产权制度改革的主要形式包括组建股份有限公司、有限责任公司、股份合作制企业和企业的拍卖(出售)、兼并、破产等，经营机制改革主要是企业租赁经营制度改革和承包经营制度改革，不同类型的企业应选择不同的改制形式。
