煤岩应力监测系统井下监控分站的设计

摘    要:介绍了煤岩应力监测系统中井下监控分站的设计方案.井下监控分站负责煤岩应力的采集、处理和传输.根据受载煤岩变形产生电磁辐射理论,煤岩中应力越高,变形破裂过程越强烈,电磁辐射信号越强.监控分站以LPC2103为控制核心,通过定向天线接收煤岩变形产生的电磁辐射信号,经过调理和放大,再由A/D转换器MAX1275进行高精度模数转换,然后送LPC2103处理,并通过CAN总线传输到井上监控主机和监控服务器.

Abstract:This paper introduces a method of realizing monitoring meter undergroundtakes for stress state of coal of monitoring system. The monitoring meter underground takes change acquisition, procession and transmission for stress state of coal. Based on the theory of deformation of loading coal causes electromagnetic radiation, the higher the stress of coal is, the greater the intensity of deformation and breaking processing, and the greater the electromagnetic radiation signals will be. The monitoring meter uses LPC2103 microcomputer as control core. It uses directional antenna receiving electromagnetic radiation signals of deformation of loading coal, and through adjusting and amplifying, then conducting high precision A/D converting by MAX1275, and sending to LPC2103 microcomputer to process, at last transmitted to monitoring mainframe and monitoring server on the ground by CAN bus.
