| Abstract: | The structure of leading nonperturbative corrections to the static Coulomb potential at small distances in Abelian and non-Abelian theories is analyzed. Related problems of validity of the Dirac quantization condition for running charges in Abelian theory and significance of the quantity 〈A2〉 are briefly discussed. |
