足反射疗法对游泳运动员训练后血乳酸水平的影响

摘    要:通过观察对比分析足反射疗法和积极性休息两种方式对游泳运动员运动后血乳酸水平恢复的影响,探讨足部反射疗法对促进运动员训练后血乳酸恢复的作用及机理,从为运动疲劳恢复的方法提供新的思路和实践依据。研究方法:冬训期间南京体育学院专业游泳队男运动员1 0人;取冬训期间相邻两周(相邻两周的在同一个训练周期内),每一周的周一受试者完成6组50米自由泳,每组包干2.5分钟。第一周让受试者采用积极性休息(包括慢运动、温水浴、按摩等)的方式放松15分钟,第二周让受试者运动后接受足反射疗法15分钟,比较两种方式后血乳酸的恢复水平。结果:足反射疗法和积极性休息一样对游泳运动员运动后血乳酸的恢复有促进作用,而且两种方式对血乳酸恢复情况的影响没有显著差异。结论:足反射疗法可以促进游泳运动员运动后血乳酸清除。

Abstract:Objective: In this paper,Our aim is by observing and comparative analyse the influence of foot reflexology and active rest on the level of post-exercise blood lactate recovery of Swimming athlete.Subjects: ten professional male swimming athletes of Nanjing Institute of Physical Education during the winter training.Test Methods: During the next two-week winter training(adjacent to the two-week training cycle in the same period),Monday of each week subjects completed 6 ×50-meter freestyle,2.5 minutes each lump.The first week the rest were positive way to relax for 15 minutes,the second week after the campaign were 15 minutes of reflexology and then to compare this two ways on recovery of blood levels of lactic acid.Results: reflexology foot and active rest for swimming athletes promote blood lactic acid restoration after exercise,and two methods of blood lactic acid recovery is of no significant differences.Conclusion: Foot reflexology can promote the level of post-exercise blood lactate recovery of swimmer.
