摘    要:以四苯硼酸钠与盐酸依匹斯汀生成的离子缔合物为电活性物质,研制了盐酸依匹斯汀PVC膜选择性电极。在pH 5的HCl-NaOH溶液中,电极的线性范围为6.3×10-7~1.0×10-1mol/L,斜率为49 mV/pC(10℃),检出限为1.89×10-7mol/L。应用此电极测定药物中盐酸依匹斯汀含量,RSD3%,回收率为97.5%~100.2%。

Abstract:A PVC membrane selective electrode was prepared. The ion-associate of epinastine hydrochloride with sodium tetraphenylborate was used as the membrance carrier. The electrode shows a linear Nernst response in the range of 6.3×10~(-7)~1.0×10~(-1) mol/L and the slope is 49 mV/pC, and the detection limit is 1.89×10~(-7) mol/L in hydrochloric acid-sodium hydroxide buffer solution of pH 5.0 at 10 ℃. This electrode exhibits a quick response with good reproducibility. It was successfully applied to the determination of epinastine hydrochloride in drugs. The relative standard deviation is less than 3%, and the recoveries are 97.5%~100.2%. The results are reliable.
