| Abstract: | To research on the effective component of total phenolic extraction in Rhodomyrtus tomentosa, total phenolic compounds were extracted and its content was determined. Total phenolic antioxidant, capture free radicals, antibacterial effect, in food processing fruit and vegetable processing, storage, medicine has application value, this study for Rhodomyrtus tomentosa provides reference for industry application. |
