| Abstract: | Using optical spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis, the nature of defects in γ-irradiated lithium fluoride crystals is found, mechanisms of their formation are proposed, and the absorption bands at 385 (F L F centers) and 506 nm (F L V a + centers) are interpreted. |
