| Abstract: | Why are most private sectors of our country only booming through initial stage of pioneering and likely to be depressing then,while a few enterprises like Legend Group are constantly becoming bigger and more powerful? By comparing the development strategy view of the two,it is easy to find that the scientific strategic view is a foundation stone of sustainable development of private sectors. |
