摘    要:为了应用空封技术实现白光数码管,在此介绍了一种利用蓝光芯片与黄色荧光粉混合形成白光的实现方法。并在传统工艺的基础上,去掉环氧树脂灌封、高温固化2个生产环节,采用丝印技术、网板印刷以及电子喷墨印刷,制作特制的荧光粉贴膜,再通过铝丝的防氧化和钢化处理,使数码管的发光反射达到均匀,从而完成空封制作过程。通过比较,得出应用空封技术比应用传统工艺制作数码管的光通量衰减低而数码管寿命长的结果。结果表明,基于空封技术的白光数码管在技术指标方面有一定提高,成本也有较大降低。

Abstract:The white light digital tube was realized with the empty encapsulation technology. A method to achieve white light formed by the mixture of blue light chips and yellow phosphor powders is introduced. The production process of the empty encapsulation based on the tradition technology is implemented by getting rid of two production processes of high-temperature curing and epoxy resin casting, adopting silk-screen technology, halftone printing and ink-jet printing to make a special fluorescent stick film, and then performing the oxidation and toughening treatment of aluminum wires to make the digital tube emit the equality lighting. In comparison with the digital tube produced by the traditional technique, the digital tube produced by the empty encapsulation technology has lower flux attenuation and longer life-time. The conclusion is that the white digital tube based on the empty encapsulation technology is improved in specifications and the cost is reduced significantly.
