番红花红O-肝素钠体系的光谱分析及应用

摘    要:在pH6.0的Britton2Robinson(B-R)缓冲溶液中,番红花红O与肝素钠相互作用,形成缔合物而导致溶液吸收光谱发生变化,并对光谱变化进行了对比研究,体系的共振瑞利散射光谱带落在吸收光谱带上,并且散射峰与吸收峰对应。体系的最大共振散射峰在334nm处,而在335nm对应的吸收最弱。这表明,当大分子聚合物吸收了特定波长的能量时,它的外层电子跃迁到更高能态。并且研究了共存物质的影响,表明此方法选择性好,用于肝素钠注射液效价的测定,RSD小于1%。

Abstract:The interaction of safranine o and heparin sodium was studied by the comparison to the variation of absorption spectra in B-R buffer solution with pH=6.0.The position to the strongest resonance rayleigh scattering(RRS)peak(334nm)was corresponding to that of the weakest absorption(335nm).It indicates that the out-shell electrons of macromolecule will transition to a higher energy level when the absorption of hv with specified wavelength is taken place.Furthermore,thestudy for the influence of coexistent substances has shown a satisfied seleCtivity and result which was achieved in the determination of the potencyof heparin sodium injection with RSD<1%.
