| Abstract: | A kinetic scenario for the formation of a vortex phase in magnetic materials is discussed. It is found that such a phase can be generated from fluctuations at the kinetic stage of evolution and can subsequently be fixed as a thermodynamically stable phase. Zh. éksp. Teor.
