激光陈化黄酒技术

摘    要:本文用氮分子激光对绍兴加饭酒进行催陈,通过感官鉴定、理化分析及氨基酸含量测定,结果表明:经过激光催陈的酒,具有1~2年自然老熟酒的品格。

Abstract:It is provnd by chemical and physical analysis and tasting of specilists that the shao Xing rice wine treated by N2 laser radiation is rnellowed and has the same qualities of the wiue which has been stored for one or two years.
