兔红细胞的共振散射光谱研究

摘    要:研究了液相兔血红细胞的共振散射光谱 (RSS)及非线性分频散射和倍频散射。兔红细胞浓度在0 0 15~ 31 1× 10 6个·(mL) -1范围与共振散射光强度成线性关系。对非线性散射机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:The resonance scattering spectrum (RSS),fraction frequency scattering and double frequency scattering of the red blood cell of the rabbit have been studied in this paper,and its spectral characteristics also have been investigated.There are five resonance scattering peaks at 308,468,560,600 and 936 nm,and a maximum absorption peak at 406 nm.The quantitative relationships between the I RSS and the concentration of the red blood cell of the rabbit were established.That is agreement with the results of theoretical analysis.It exhibits a 1/2 fraction frequency scattering peak at 936 nm and a resonance scattering peak at 468 nm,when the excited wavelength is 468 nm.There is a double frequency scattering peak at 468 nm and a resonance scattering peak at 936 nm when the excited wavelength is 936 nm.The nonlinear scattering mechanism has been discussed.
