High-resolution spectroscopy of some gaseous molecules with a submillimetre Fourier transform spectrometer

Abstract:	High-resolution measurements on some gaseous molecules have been made with a lamellar-grating Fourier transform spectrometer. The instrument has a nominal unapodized resolution of 0.028 cm⁻¹ and an accuracy of frequency of ±0.0019 cm⁻¹. The measured results on gaseous H₂O, CO, N₂O, CH₃CN, CH₃Cl and CH₃OH are shown and discussed.
