| 摘 要： | 大型建筑工程项目在进行投资方案经济评价时，通常采用内部收益法与净现值法，在某些情况下，这两种分析法的结论可能出现不一致性，本文对此进行了深入讨论，并阐述了如何根据投资项目的特点进行有针对性的选择应用，以供对建筑工程项目投资方案评价时参考。

| Abstract: | NPV method and IRR methdd are usually used for economical estimate in large scale construction engineering. In some cases, conclusions that are given by these two methods may differ from each other. This paper discusses the disagreemem.For reference to estimating investment projects of construction engineering, it is also discussed how to make selection between these two methods according to the characteristics of the investment items. |
