Selection of Technology for Sewage Treatment Considering the Effect of Uncertainty

In the selection of techniques,the uncertain multi-objective decision-making has a simple accounting step.However,how to scientifically standardize these uncertain numbers is still puzzling many users.All attitudes of experts are suggested to be described as some intervals here,and the liminal numbers of these intervals are used to account.We have gained the standardized numbers to construct the integrated decision matrix.Selecting the technology for sewage treatment in a small area is used as one example in the paper.At the same time,we have considered the sewage treatment in a small area with its own characteristics,such as the multi-objective and the incompatible among these objectives,the stability and the uncertainty.After the attitudes of experts are standardized,the integrated decision matrix is to compare these results,and we have found the best one.This method can leave out complicated calculating processes and can reduce decision risks,so it has considerable practical value.
