超低频脉冲梯度磁场治疗肿瘤及其机理的探讨

摘    要:报道了用超低频脉冲梯度磁场治疗肿瘤的实验研究以及对其机理的探讨 .将峰值强度为 0 .6~ 2 .0T,磁场梯度 10~ 10 0 T/ m,脉冲宽度 2 0~ 2 0 0 m s,重复频率 0 .16~ 1.34Hz的磁场作用于鼠 S- 180肉瘤 ,观察到磁场对肿瘤生长的抑制及促使肿瘤细胞的凋亡 .研究表明 ,磁场治癌的机理不是单一的 ,而是从多方面共同作用的结果 ,其中包括磁场减少对肿瘤的营养供应、破坏其代谢功能并影响癌细胞核 DNA复制等方面 ,而且磁场的作用具有选择性 ,因此用磁场治疗癌症是一种可行的方法

Abstract:We have reported the experiment studies on treating sarcoma with ultralow frequency pulsed gradient magnetic field and discussed its probable mechanism in this article. When the ultralow frequency pulsed gradient magnetic field(with max intensity of 0.6\|2.0 T, gradient of 10\|100 T/m, pulse width of 20\|200 ms and frequency of 0.16\|1.34 Hz) was effected on the S\|180 sarcomas of mice, we found that this kind of magnetic field inhibited the growth of the sarcomas and accelerated the programmed death of the cancer cell. This result can not be explained by one kind of mechanism. It comes from many factors including the magnetic field reducing the alimentation apply of sarcomas, destroying their metabolizability and blocking DNA replication of sarcoma cells. And these effects of magnetic field has its selectivity, so it is a feasible method to treat cancer.
